Our commitment

Mighty Milestones Physical Therapy is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility matters deeply to us: the families we serve include children living with a wide range of physical and developmental needs, and we believe our website should be as welcoming and usable as our practice.

We have worked to bring this website into conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the technical standard referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act for web accessibility.

What we have done

  • Our website has been reviewed and updated to improve accessibility, including:

  • Descriptive alternative text for images, so screen reader users understand what each image shows

  • A logical heading structure on every page, allowing assistive technology users to navigate content easily

  • Sufficient color contrast between text and background

  • Properly labeled form fields on our contact form

  • Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator showing where you are on the page

  • Testing with automated tools alongside manual screen reader and keyboard testing

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time task. As we add new content to our website, we work to maintain these standards. Some content may not yet be fully accessible, and we welcome being told about it.
